My inspiration comes from my world around me and the world where I have traveled.

India, Nepal, Ethiopia and Mexico are full of color.  No matter how poor or remote, houses and villages and cities are colorful with reds, oranges, pinks and greens. I love the feeling that a  little paint can transform a drab or sad space into something special and unique. I see myself as a missionary for color and texture and want to work with others to bring design and color to walls, benches and fences. Being surrounded by art can fill our hearts with joy and bring life to our surroundings. Watching the light bounce off the mirrors on my house brings a smile to my face, no matter how often I see it.
